Megaspan
The ultimate system in Racklines industrial racking family is Megaspan, a pallet racking system based on classic beam technology. Manufactured for pallet loading off fork lift trucks, the Megaspan systems are designed inhouse using sophisticated CAD systems that optimise storage and ensure all quality and safety criteria are met.
Megaspan is available with standard, medium, heavy and super heavy duty frames, typical loads for medium duty frames are 2000kgs per level and 6000kgs per bay. Megaspan can reach heights of up to 24 metres, meeting the needs of the largest of warehouses from either a single tier up to five.
The Megaspan system can be used in any major industrial storage application from high end manufacturing and fast moving consumer goods to ‘clean’ environments such as food manufacturing and retail.
The versatility of the design means that Megaspan can be used in classic high bay warehouses across to wide or narrow aisle layouts. Typical applications include: Narrow Aisles, Double Deep, Drive In, Dynamic Storage, Platform Storage and Bespoke Storage.
