Maxispan
Like any pure shelving system the Midspan range has it’s limitations when loads start to exceed 160kgs per shelf, but around this load range he user is still often looking for the flexibility that a modular system can bring. Maxispan has been designed to fill this gap.
The Maxispan system is designed using beam technology meaning that the width of the heavy duty shelving can extend up to 3 metres across. The system can incorporate either chipboard or stepped beam shelving to sit on the beams meaning that standard loads of up to 250kgs can be taken per shelf with up to 1500kgs per bay capable of being achieved.
Accessories are also available for the product such as lateral dividers, galvanized panels, mesh panels and beam ties. The increase load beams and flexibility means that Maxispan is ideal for manual access areas such as library book storage, museum artifacts, bigger automotive components and heavy duty environments in schools and hospitals.
