Rackline is looking to recruit a Dealer Sales Divisional Head to lead an existing team in the business that will be focussing on storage solutions for existing trade clients but most importantly the development of new clients in this arena. The individual will be responsible for an existing team of two trade sales managers and report to the national field sales manager. The scope will be national, so extensive travel will be required although the individual will be assigned their own key territories. A full clean driving license is required.

The preferred candidate will be very goal driven, highly self motivated with a burning desire to win. We will expect the individual to originate a strategy for the division, articulate it and implement it utilising the existing infrastructure. This is a demanding, but rewarding role with uncapped performance based bonus schemes, which are paid monthly and quarterly. The target will be to increase existing national trade sales in Rackline over the course of two years by over 100%.

The candidate will have significant experience in sales of steel shelving and storage solutions preferably both static and high density shelving systems but most importance is experience within the dealer sector and a proven selling history. The successful individual will have typically been working in a business that sell exclusively to the trade or dealers in furniture and shelving so will have an existing network of contacts within this sector and understand the market well. Whilst shelving is the preferred background for the candidate, other storage experience such as with steel lockers or cabinets would be considered.

In addition, they will be comfortable in a technical sales environment and be able to work with floor plans, architects drawings etc. Industry sectors could include capital / office equipment, office furniture, storage or design / architectural.

An opportunity has arisen within the Telesales department for a Supervisor, due to maternity leave. This position will be office based, so the ideal candidate should live within the Staffordshire/Cheshire Area.

The candidate must already have supervisory/management experience within a telesales environment. The candidate will be highly motivated and goal driven with a desire to win. This is a demanding but rewarding role with a performance based bonus scheme, paid monthly.

The candidate must have experience in outbound B2B calling. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team to deliver outstanding sales performance, motivate and provide excellent leadership skill, they will be responsible for contacting new and existing businesses to discuss our product range and identify their needs, resulting in making appointments for our 10 Area Sales Managers.

One area will be based in the South of England (home based), so extensive travel will be required around the M25, M4, M1, M40, M3, M5 corridors. The second area is the North of England (home based), travel required from North of Birmingham. A full clean driving license is required for both positions.
