Filing Sales Manager

Rackline Limited is highly successful, market leading manufacturer of high density storage and filing solutions, based in the North Midlands.

 

Rackline currently have a large database of clients who buy filing products direct and via the e-commerce filing website.

 

The role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing profitable sales of filing solutions nationally as well as:

 

  • Manage and develop  relationships with new and existing clients ensuring cross-selling opportunities for products are maximised.
  • Increase sales, profitability and share of market space.
  • Achieve targets and negotiate orders
  • Identify potential new opportunities and maximise exposure of the brand 

The Person:

  • Proven successful experience within a Sales role in a similar environment
  • Have the drive and enthusiasm not only to develop existing customers but also seek new business opportunities.
  • Possess natural commercial acumen, combined with excellent communication and influencing skills and a persistent and tenacious attitude.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
