“After some initial concerns that the removal of the old track would require use of equipment about which we had not been consulted, and which we would have prohibited given the conditions in which it needed to be used – the installers were understanding, considerate, and entirely accepted the need to find an alternative to the dust-generating, petrol-powered tool. The track removal was carried out manually – which was only possible due to the expertise of the installers. They worked well, to time, and most importantly for us, very carefully and considerately; and they are to be commended”.
