Mobile Racking Maintenance and Service

As part of the portfolio of Rackline, following all installations, service and maintenance products are offered to our clients. Rackline has been manufacturing and installing product for over thirty years and some of our original customers are still using our product after utilising our maintenance services.

The primary offerings are as follows:

Service

All our products are fully serviced and checked before and after initial installation. In addition there is a minimum one year warranty on all our products. If in the unusual event that your product requires attention in the first year Rackline engineers will visit site within 72 hours if appropriate and rectify the problem.
Following the warranty period Rackline offer a number of service and maintenance contracts as follows:

Gold Service

  • Twice yearly visits from trained Rackline engineers.
  • Full inspection and test operation of system.
  • Service of track and mobile systems including removal of debris from tracks and calibration of drives.
  • Lubrication and cleaning if necessary of gear and drive systems.

Silver Service

  • Annual visits from trained Rackline engineers.
  • Full inspection and test operation of system
  • Service of track and mobile systems including removal of debris from tracks and calibration of drives.
  • Lubrication and cleaning if necessary of gear and drive systems.
  • All work guaranteed and one year warranty given.

Bronze Service

  • A fixed fee to have service engineer available on callout.
  • Agreed hourly rate with no callout charge for engineer.

Maintenance

In addition to the packages above, maintenance or service can be offered on an adhoc basis to all existing clients subject to a callout charge and an agreed hourly rate. Where possible quotes will be given before any work is undertaken.
