Our Products for Industrial Applications:
Prospan Post Systems
Quite simply, Prospan shelving is designed to extend beyond the sizes of Profile and Proform and yet retain the aesthetic looks that are sometimes lost with traditional long span shelving systems.
The Prospan system can be specified in lengths between 340mm and 1600mm wide and up to 4500mm in height with a capacity spread load per shelf of 125kgs. Normally for these performance parameters Long span shelving is specified resulting in higher cost. Also most Long span installations up to 2000mm long need supporting beams. These reduce the aperture of the shelf thus reducing capacity.
Speedrax Shortspan Shelving
Speedrax is an all purpose shelving system that is suitable for use in a wide variety of workplace environments. With a wide range of size options available, Speedrax is a low cost option for all your storage needs. Shelves can be easily adjusted to accommodate changing requirements and offer unrestricted access from all sides.
Comprising steel posts and beams supporting chipboard shelves, Speedrax is ideal for hand loaded, bulky items.
Widespan Shelving System
Widespan is a longspan shelving system which offers the facility of either Steel or Chipboard Shelves on spans up to 2.7 metres. Supported by either open or closed end frames, Widespan can be easily adapted to two-tier or high bay installations.
With a wide range of beam profiles, easily adjustable shelf levels and a smooth front face Widespan is both attractive and fully versatile and suitable for use in archives, museums, industry, health and retail.
Warehouse Pallet Racking
Rackline’s Warehouse Pallet Racking solutions are safe and cost-effective options for storing your palletised goods.
Designed to be loaded by forklift trucks, our warehouse pallet racking systems are adjustable to fit your needs, available with a wide range of beam lengths to suit the most popular pallet widths.
