About Multitrak
Rackline’s Multitrak is a high density, heavy duty roller racking solution that expands on the capacity of our Monotrak product. The mobile carriages operates on multiple torque tubes allowing for lengths of up to 12 metres and load capacities of up to 15 tonnes per carriage.
Multitrak mobile carriages are manufactured from heavy duty steel channels measuring 114mm x 50mm x 3mm and feature all welded construction. They are fabricated in precision jigs that eliminate flexing and distortion. The carriages run on tracks which are laid to a tolerance of 1 in 5,000. These provide effortless operation and class leading load capacity.
These systems, like their Monotrak cousins, compress together to reduce their footprint. Without the need for aisles, these systems can save up to 70% of the space associated with traditional static shelving systems.
Multitrak Mobile Systems are unique to us and manufactured in our UK factory to British Standard BS EN 14073-2:2004.

Monotrak Roller Racking
The unique Monotrak mobile shelving system operates on a single guide track fitted directly to your existing floor, without the need for extensive and often costly site work.
Installation is a simple process that leaves existing floor coverings completely intact and with no residual mess, especially helpful if you want to re-locate the system at a later date.
Powertrak Electronic Racking
Powertrak electronic mobile shelving has all the sophisticated programmable logic controls you would expect from the latest hi-tech system, but it combines this technology with the simplest operator controls imaginable. In normal operation, the operator simply presses “Green for Go” and all controls and operations are handled automatically by the logic controls.
