TopCashback is the UK’s leading cashback site. It was established in 2005, and has since grown internationally, attracting more than 25 million members across the globe.
It is simple; TopCashback offers people savings and money back on everything they buy when clicking through the site to over 6,000 retailers. Rates vary from brand to brand, but on average members earn over £300 by doing their shopping, utility switching and renewing insurance policies through the site.
The business operates from its main headquarters in Stafford, UK, but also has smaller offices in London, Bolton and New Jersey (US).
The business has won numerous awards including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade, and Cashback Site of the Year at the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards.
The Requirement
In 2025, the TopCashback team set out to transform their storage area by creating a more organised, category-based layout within the storage room at their Stafford headquarters. After completing a full audit of the space, it became clear that a comprehensive overhaul was needed.
The objectives of the installation were:
- To claim back space and make use of high ceilings.
- Improve health and safety.
- Allow items to be catalogued and separated.
- Improve efficiency (via better organisation, faster retrieval and deposit).
To ensure that they were getting the best solutions, the team at TopCashback engaged Rackline to examine the space and suggest solutions to achieve these
objectives.
The Solution
Having visited the site, examined the proposed space and audited the storage inventory, Rackline’s teams suggested several banks of its robust Prospan shelving
solution. These would be provided double width and open, to allow access from all sides. Each shelving bay would be 2.1m tall and 1.2m wide, composed of 38×1
metre wide bays.
In total the proposed bays would provide 274 linear metres of storage, divided up between the various departments within the campus.
The Result
With the new shelving system in place, TopCashback’s storeroom is now safer, more organised, and far easier to navigate.
Dedicated areas have been assigned to each department, ensuring their items are stored logically and accessibly.
The open, well-structured layout keeps the space tidy and efficient, and access is restricted to the teams who use it, making it quick and simple to store or retrieve items whenever needed.
